My philosophy is to teach French cooking in a way
that can be reproduced at home with ingredients
and tools that are locally available.  My classes are
hands-on with a small group (2 to 4 people) so you
receive individual attention.  I will first demonstrate
the recipe, and then I will guide you through the
process of making it yourself.   For a few classes,
the goal is to make a treat to take home to share.  
For the rest of the classes, when everything has
been prepared, we will sit down as a group and
enjoy what you have cooked.  

My classes are held in my commercial kitchen, which
